Praise

Prayer begins by giving God our full attention and treating Him as God. Jesus teaches us to move beyond performing for people or treating prayer like a transaction, and instead to meet personally with our Father. When we begin with praise, our eyes are lifted, our problems are right-sized, and our lives are reordered around the greatness of God.
