Repent

Repentance brings sin out of hiding and into the light of God’s grace. John reminds us that believers still sin, but we do not have to conceal it, excuse it, or remain trapped in darkness. Because Jesus is our advocate and sacrifice, we can confess honestly, receive forgiveness fully, and walk in renewed obedience. In the light, God heals what sin has hidden.
